The Spanish model and singer Bimba Bosé dies at 41

Eleonora Salvatore Gonzalez, better known as Bimba Bosé, was one of the most influential models and singers from Spain. The niece of Miguel Bose passed away on January 23rd pf this year in Madrid after a 2-year battle with breast cancer.

Bimba was the symbol of odd beauty, unique personality, and is admired by many people in the Hispanic world.

To be honest with you guys, I cried because she was one of my idols. Between summer 2016 and summer 2017, I have lost so many idols: people that I deeply admired, people from my childhood, characters from the TV that I grew up to watching their life and art.

Bimba was the muse of many designers. She worked for Tom Ford's Gucci, Versus Versace. She also did some important work for Miguel Adrover, John Galliano and Yohji Yamamoto.

The fashion designer David Delfin was her friend, and they also collaborated on many projects, including this mini movie where many Spanish artist participate. Big names participated, people like Alaska, Mario Vaquerizo, Antonia San Juan, Rossy de Palma, Luis Miguel Segui, and Julia de Castro y Topacio Fresh.

Rest in peace, Bimba... I will miss you.
